Wellness Yoga Work shop
We are happy to announce the upcoming Isha Hatha Yoga work shop on August 14th. This is a 3 hour work shop including a break. Please see the program details below. This is a great daily practice for those with no experience of yoga and includes Asana, Pranayama and Mantra.

This class does not require prior experience in yoga. Come on empty stomach. And bring your yoga mat.
Empty stomach condition: Due to the nature of this program please ensure you finish any heavy meal at least 4 hours before the class, snack 2.5 hours before and beverage (except water) at least 1.5 hours before the session.
I will be having a Wellness Yoga work shop this Sunday Feb. 7th, from 1 pm – 3 pm in Los Angeles at the address below in Bel Air. Wellness Module Class Description
Wellness Yoga Workshop:
This class is designed to address the energy system of the body as it pertains to activation of the energy pathways or chakras. We will use Asana (yoga postures, Pranayam (breathing) as well as Mantra. Using these aspects of yoga in this combination brings balance and stability both to the mind and body. The Asana will also loosen up some of the tight muscles and joints bringing the body to a state of ease. You will also learn a Pranayama, a breathing meditation which plays a key role in balancing the right and the left side of the body and energizes the life force in the human system. We will also be learning and practicing Mantra yoga in this work shop. According to modern science, the whole existence is a vibration. A vibration is fundamentally a kind of sound. This essentially means that the whole existence is an amalgamation of sounds. In the yogic system, a few of these sounds have been identified as keys to access deeper dimensions of life. In this practice we use the power of sound to activate a particular kind of energy in different parts of the body. This science of benefiting from certain sounds is a powerful possibility, which when transmitted with the necessary basis and sanctity creates tremendous general and spiritual well being. This class does not require prior experience in yoga.
